FPMatrixEmail updates request privacy

FPMatrix collects only the email you enter, the selected product, your consent answer and the version of the consent wording. Our host, Netlify, processes the submission and associated technical metadata for delivery and spam prevention. No photograph, project file or product facts from the editors are included.
We use requests to arrange relevant occasional product updates. Photo Zine requests and Reel Kit requests are kept separate. A request is not a verified email address; we may ask for confirmation before sending updates. We do not sell this list or use it to create advertising audiences. Trial access and downloads do not depend on subscribing.
Requests are held in the private Netlify site dashboard, accessible to authorised FPMatrix account administrators. We review request status during this pilot and retention at the end of our 90-day test. You can request deletion sooner. Confirmed requests are retained while you want updates. No mailing campaign is active at launch.
You can withdraw consent, unsubscribe, correct your address or request deletion by emailing contact@fpmatrix.cn from the address submitted. Any future update email must include an unsubscribe route.
Our anonymous trial counters are a separate feature and do not use your email or link a subscription to editor activity. Visiting these pages involves normal hosting requests.
