FPMatrix / Free interview worksheet

One real experience.
Five clear notes.

Use a small example from work, study or volunteering. Your notes should help you speak naturally, not memorize a script.

This sample does not save drafts. Print or save as PDF before closing. Your writing stays on this page; it is not sent to us.

What was happening? Give just enough context.

What were you personally responsible for?

What did you do, and why did you choose that approach?

What changed? State only outcomes you can explain.

What would you repeat or change next time?

Example: from vague to specific

Fictional example — use the structure, not these events.

Vague: “We organized a student event. I helped with coordination and it went well.”

A result does not have to be a dramatic percentage. Describe an outcome you can support, and distinguish your contribution from the team's work. Do not invent measurements or claim this example as your own.

Before you speak

Did I distinguish my actions from the team’s? Can I explain every claim? Is the reflection specific to this event?

Try speaking once for 60–90 seconds. These are practice lengths, not universal interview limits. No outcome numbers? Describe an actual delivery, adoption or unfinished result rather than inventing metrics.

No AI, scoring or hiring guarantees. Avoid personal identifiers and confidential information.
