For a technical issue, include your operating system, browser version,
steps to reproduce and the error message. Redact private details from images.
Do not send passwords, payment card details or private product information.

SCOPE
Help covers accessing the purchased files and using the included planner
in the stated supported environment: desktop Google Chrome on macOS.
Custom video production, bespoke scripts, social media management and
support for unverified browsers or devices are not included.

DOWNLOAD HELP
Extract the complete ZIP before opening Planner.html. If it opens as text,
choose Open With > Google Chrome. See START-HERE.txt for backup and import help.
For a missing purchase email, check spam and search for Sellfy and the product
name. Contact us with the order details if you still cannot find the download.

REFUND REQUESTS
If files are missing, corrupted, materially different from the description,
or fail in the stated supported environment, contact us with the details.
We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, correction or
refund as appropriate. You can also contact us about an accidental or duplicate
purchase. Refund requests are reviewed individually; submitting a request does
not itself confirm a refund. This policy does not limit applicable consumer
rights or rights provided by your payment provider. No blanket no-refund rule
applies. Refunds, when approved, are handled through the original payment method.
