Market Day Price Kit — voluntary seller trial
FPMatrix / local test edition 0.1.0

Who this is for
Someone preparing price signs for a real market or craft fair. General usability
feedback is also welcome; it will be recorded separately from seller feedback.
This is an evaluation sample, not an open paid offer. No signup is required.

Before trying it
How do you make your price signs now? If you already have a method that works,
please keep using it for comparison. You do not need to like this tool.
Use the fictional data supplied here or non-sensitive product names/prices.
Do not send customer details, private inventory records, or product photographs.

Task
1. Extract the entire ZIP; open Market-Day-Price-Kit/index.html in desktop Chrome.
2. The 10 fictional sample products are prefilled. Optionally replace them with
your own. The supplied sample.project.json can restore the original sample.
3. Change the first product (E01) from $18 to $19.
4. Set its Copies to 3. Choose A4 or US Letter.
5. Export the price cards, then switch to Table price list and export again.
6. Open BOTH downloaded PDFs: E01 should show $19 in both; there should be
12 cards across 2 sheets, and 10 different products on a 1-page price list.
7. Save a project JSON. Check it exists before confirming the backup.
Reopen the JSON and check that $19 and 3 copies remain.
8. Printing is optional. If you print, use Actual size / 100%, with no scaling.
Check one 85 x 50 mm card with a ruler before printing a batch.

The enclosed example-cards-before-change.pdf is the ORIGINAL $18 / 1-copy
example, not the expected result after step 3. It shows the visual style only.

What to tell us (a short reply is enough)
- Do you sell at markets, and do you have an event coming up?
- Did both saved PDFs open? What was the first confusing or failed step?
- Would you actually use these signs? What would stop you?
- Was your usual method easier, harder, or about the same? In what way?
No need to send us the project, your products, or a picture of your booth.

Optional, only after using it
What would you still need before using this at a real market?
This published evaluation kit remains free. No paid upgrade is currently
available. We may explore a separately defined upgrade only if there is a
specific unmet need; feedback is not a purchase commitment.

Known limitations
Desktop Chrome on macOS is the tested setup. Mobile and other browser/OS
combinations and physical printing have not been fully verified.
PDFs are raster print output, not selectable text; JSON is the editable backup.
There is no spreadsheet import, tax calculation, POS sync or AI generation.
There is no claim that this tool will improve sales or beat free alternatives.
